HRT

Hormone Replacement Therapy, thoughts? I have been doing it for a few months now and it is a more natural way then typically.  Yesterday afternoon I was at my sister-in-law's house and when I mentioned that I was doing this she told me about a few people in town that she knows. All three were doing HRT and all three had breast cancer.  Ok now, what the heck?  So, I went online to do some research and sure enough, it can. The fact that three people she knows in town who have been taking it now have breast cancer, not so sure I want to continue this.  Time for some research and for ways to take steps for a more holistic approach to HRT.  I just wish I knew where to begin.
