Are you Ready to Play?

The time has passed
since you've been gone
the memories last
but some not for long
Your face a fleeting glimpse
in my dreams
Your voice, I feel so lost
wanting to hear you sing
So now I sit here
wondering
when the pain will end
and when the time
for happiness begins.

"Why does life have to be so hard...
Why do the struggles seem to find my way...
Why does the past coming rushing back
into the present day
Oh why, oh why...do things work out this way
Just want my life to say.....are you ready to play."

Blessings I have,
with my family
now all are starting to move on
and it will just be me.
Then I close my eyes to sleep
trying to see your face
Maybe it is time I say
I need to leave this place.
You tell me in my dream
I will be OK
and now Its time to venture out
It is soon time to play.

Why does life have to be so hard....
Why do struggles seem find my way...
into the present day
Oh why, oh why...do things work out this way
Just want my life to say.....are you ready to play."

Her Eyes

Her eyes, a person could get lost in their beauty.
So translucent, you see your reflection in their depths,
as well as the endless sky.  Her eyes, a beautiful gift....
a beautiful soul!

The Lollipop

A simple thing as a lollipop added an element of interest to this image, not that she wasn't gorgeous to begin with.  Think outside the box to create something with just the right touch.
